How The Process Works

What does residential maintenance service include?

Our maintenance service for residential homes includes removing all weeds, pruning trees six feet off of the ground, trimming the bushes as needed and mowing and edging the grass on every visit. Irrigation Systems are only checked on request and may incur a fee. Please read our Terms of Service for more information and complete details.

Are there any contracts?

LMP requires no contracts for any of our services. We do not charge for quotes. One-time jobs do not require a card on file, however, maintenance service does require a card on file. How To Finance The Project

What forms of payment are accepted?

For your convenience, all major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash and checks.

Is a card required?

For one-time jobs, including cleanups and repairs, a card is not required. However, if you are not present at the job site we will not begin work unless we have a card on file OR payment has already been left on site in a secure location that we’ve negotiated ahead of time.

Is a card required for recurring maintenance?

Yes, we do require a card on file for all maintenance customers. We run the payment after each visit and you will never be charged unless we actually do the service. For example: if we can not access the back yard you will not be charged for the back yard.
